Choose ‘Registration’ link from the menus at the top of the page and fill your details. The fields marked * are mandatory and must be completed for registration to be successful.

Once registered, will my details be safe and secured?
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not be passing any customer details to any other companies (other than those within the Kanakia Group) so that if needed they can contact you directly.

Are there any charges for booking tickets online?
Convenience charges of Rs.10 or Rs.15 (per ticket) as per theatre will be applicable.

Can i have my tickets home delivered?

Can the tickets be cancelled once booked online?
Once tickets have been bought online, they are considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

How i book more than 20 tickets in one go?
You can use Corporate / Block Booking to buy 20 or more tickets at a time. Simply call our CINEMAX representative on 9820662266 or email at corporatebooking@cinemax.co.in

How do i buy tickets online?
Simply log on to www.cinemax.co.in select the movie, location, date click on ‘Buy Now’ and follow the instructions provided.

What methods of payment are accepted online?
We accept all major credit cards. When collecting the tickets, the card holder must be present with the card used to make the booking else incase if any other person is going to collect the ticket he/she needs to carry an Identity proof which he/she needs to provide at the box office.

Can I select my own cinema seats?
Yes, it is possible to select seats of your choice. Click on ‘Choose Your Seats’ button on the Online Booking page to view the seat layout and select seats of your choice.

How do I understand if my booking is confirmed?
Booking confirmation is clearly displayed on your computer screen at the end of the booking process. Besides an email will be sent to you on the email id provided by you, at the time of registration to confirm your booking. Also an SMS will be sent to you on the mobile no you have provided to confirm your booking.

How do I collect my tickets once booked online?
You can collect your tickets from the Box Office of the theatre you have booked tickets for. Please remember to bring your card with you ensuring it is the one used to make the purchase else incase if any other person is going to collect the ticket he/she needs to carry an Identity proof which he/she needs to provide at the box office.
